These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Ivory Dental Team Alerts SMS/text messaging program (“Program”) operated by The Ivory Dental Group LLC (“Ivory Dental,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in and using this Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

Ivory Dental Team Alerts is an internal, non-marketing SMS/text messaging program used to communicate operational and safety notifications to authorized Ivory Dental employees.

Examples of alert types include, but are not limited to:

  • Elevated equipment room temperature (e.g., compressor closet)

  • Increased VOC levels in designated areas

  • Safety or facility-related notifications

  • Urgent internal operational instructions

No promotional or advertising content will be sent.

2. Eligibility

This Program is intended only for employees of The Ivory Dental Group LLC who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive messages.

3. Consent to Receive SMS/Text Messages

By submitting the opt-in form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Ivory Dental at the mobile number you provided.

Your consent includes:

  • Receipt of internal, non-marketing alerts

  • Variable message frequency based on operational needs

  • Automatic delivery of alerts triggered by facility conditions or equipment status

Message and data rates may apply.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on operational events, environmental alerts, or facility needs. Frequency is generally low but may increase temporarily in the event of safety-related conditions.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Program at any time.

To stop receiving messages, reply:

STOP

After doing so, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive alerts unless you opt in again.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information

  • Only enroll your own mobile phone number

  • Notify Ivory Dental if your phone number changes or is reassigned

Ivory Dental respects your privacy. Information collected through the opt-in form (name, mobile number, optional email) is used solely for operating this Program and is not shared, sold, or used for marketing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ivory Dental is not responsible for:

  • Delays in message delivery

  • Messages not received due to mobile carrier issues
